At KirkLee, each bicycle tube is designed to maximize lateral stiffness and vertical compliance. The tubes have oversized round and oval cross sections that blend smoothly together to give the bike a classic yet modern appearance. Each tube is hand mitered and bonded in place. Then we reinforce each joint according to a precise laminate schedule. Every frame is fully custom; there are no limits on size or angles. Each frame accepts a Zero Stack headset. We chose this headset because we believe it is the best internal headset standard available. You can install it and forget about it. Standard with each frame is a full carbon seat post and fork. Couple that with hand made carbon cable stops and unlimited paint options and you have a bike that is light, laterally stiff, vertically compliant, and beautiful to look at.
