We have a unique custom fit process; nothing is built without the customer knowing exactly what they are getting. When you first correspondence with us, you can decide from three fit options:
Once geometry is finalized, we will send the customer two drawings. First is a 3D model of the bike that can be viewed from any angle and second is a 2D drawing with every angle and length imaginable. The customer will then initial the 2D drawing and fax it back to KirkLee. At this point, the build begins. With a KirkLee custom build, anything is possible: cable stop and bottle mount placement, geometry, paint, all the way to altering frame stiffness and weight savings. We offer two different joint options, tapered and squared. The squared joints simulate a traditional lugged bike, while the tapered joints offer a sleek blended look. Ride quality between the two is negligible with a slight nod in stiffness to the squared lugs. If there is anything you would like in a bike that you don't see here please contact us.
